Flow/फ्लो

Explore yourself and the Universe. Share your heart with beautiful humans. Live 3 days of no stress, no life management.

Flow is our format of curated 3-day residencies, bringing our heart and soul at peace, by freeing them of these air-tight containers the society constantly tries to put them in.

We're not meant to be so rigid with ourselves and our surroundings, but the weight of life gets too much sometimes.

Flow is where you shed this weight, and come to terms with reality. The real reality is beautiful - all of us are one, and there's no pressure to run faster, or run at all.

It is an experience that connects you to yourself through:

- nature
- art and expression
- the power of community
- raw, authentic, and cultural stories

what is flow?

who is it for?

Flow~Jibhi is for folks who:

- crave real connections
- need some time off in raw, untouched nature
- want to travel within and know themselves better
- are fascinated by local mountain culture
- want to experience 3 days of no stress, no rush
- wish to express themselves and be who they are
- believe that simple joys are the most rewarding
- prioritize peace over hustle, especially during travels

the vastness of the universe

local culture and traditions built on kindness

what do we do
at flow?

28th March/Day 1:

Reach the homestay around 11 am, after a short drive from Aut. Soak in the energy of the mountains. Meet the curating team and feel at ease. Rest your heart and mind. Experience the introductory session on self-discovery, play games to bring your body to space, and get to know your fellows.

Take a guided walk in the dense forests of Bhalla gaon. Breathe and feel how tiny we all are. Sing your heart out with live music, groove a little or a lot. Retire for the night after a soulful dinner.

29th March/Day 2:

Start the day with an early breakfast. Take in the morning sun. Drive to Jalori Pass, and begin your hike/trek from 10,500 ft. Be awed by the majestic Dhauladhar, Pir Panjal, and Shivalik ranges on all four sides. Hold a steaming hot plate of rajma chawal in your cold hands.

Lose yourself to time and space. Take the second healing workshop. Feel the clouds walking with you. Return in time for the sunset at Shojha. End the day with stories that'd last you a lifetime.

30th March/Day 3:

Open the day with a deep session around energy work. Express yourself through colours, strokes, words, and movement walks. Listen to your thoughts and give a voice/shape to your feelings. Connect with other souls on a real level. Look into the eyes of strangers and feel like a human again.

Enjoy the traditional dhaam (Himachali feast) and sit back to witness a musical spoken word show. Treat yourself with your comfort food, for having surrendered to this beautiful flow of life.

access

March is a beautiful month to be in Jibhi. Spring looks gorgeous on the valley. There's enough sun for us to hold on and sometimes just enough rain to let go. It doesn't snow in Jibhi but there might be little chances of experiencing the snowfall while we hike from Jalori Pass.
